While we do not offer direct refunds, we do facilitate exchanges or store credit under clearly defined conditions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return or exchange requests only if the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Protocol
To ensure authenticity and quick resolution, it is mandatory to submit an unboxing video for any return or exchange request involving damage or defect.
The video must:

Begin before the package is opened, showing the sealed box clearly.

Continue uninterrupted through the entire unboxing.

Clearly display the defect or issue for our verification team.
⚠️ Please Note: Requests without an unboxing video will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
To maintain our quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged post-delivery.

4. Store Credit / Exchange Process

5. Cancellation Policy
